Turmeric Golden Latte

Turmeric Golden Milk has been used for centuries to aid digestion, calm the nervous system and focus the mind. It’s a great alternative pick-me-up to afternoon coffee.

Turmeric is a great source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Our Turmeric Super Ghee is infused with black pepper which helps the absorption of turmeric and all its health benefits.

How to Make Turmeric Golden Milk?

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk (whole cows milk, almond milk, coconut milk)
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric Super Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 tsp ginger powder
  • Pinch of ground cardamom and nutmeg - Optional
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup - Optional

Golden Milk Recipe:

  • Place the ghee in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • When the ghee is melted, whisk in the milk, spices (or blend with your immersion blender) until warm and starting to steam, but not boiling.
  • Remove from heat and add in sweetener once cooled enough to drink.
  • Enjoy immediately
